Global brands – like Apple, Google and Amazon in the West and Xiaomi and weChat in the East – are using asymmetric business models to transfer customers and profits across industries. Andreas will describe how asymmetric business models work, how to observe them at play, and how to design such business models to outsmart your competitors.
Andreas Constantinou is CEO & Founder SlashData, an analyst firm helping the top-100 tech firms understand software developers and measure developer satisfaction with their products. Andreas also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the School of Economics and Management.
Security has over the past decades gradually developed into a critical top-level business concern across all industries. Protecting brands – its information and people – short-term and long-term requires advanced coordination among all members and functions of a corporation. Cedrick will share some of his prior experiences in managing executive protection and security in the Swiss banking industry.
Cedrick Moriggi is a Senior Security Professional and the Head of Group Security and Business Intelligence with extensive security experience from the banking and mining sector.
The digital transformation is impacting industry after industry - higher education is no exception. In his presentation, Markus will describe the changing landscape of education, and present the digital learning activities LUSEM are introducing to stay competitive.
Markus Lahtinen holds a position as Lecturer and Researcher at Lund School of Economics and Management. His research focuses on the managerial challenges associated with the use of novel computing technologies in the security industry. In 2014, he was voted Teacher of the Year by the LUSEM student association.
